Heiwa Kinan Koen

Heiwa Memorial Park, located in the southern part of Okinawa, is a deeply moving site dedicated to remembering the lives lost during the Battle of Okinawa. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, it features the Peace Memorial Museum, tranquil gardens, and the Cornerstone of Peace, where the names of all who perished, regardless of nationality, are engraved as a symbol of reconciliation and hope for lasting peace.
