Tucked deep in the forests of Higashi Village, Café Yamagame is a peaceful hidden gem that welcomes visitors after a scenic drive through a lush green tunnel. The café serves handmade dishes made with local island vegetables and wild herbs, as well as carefully roasted coffee brewed on-site. Surrounded by the sounds of rustling trees, flowing streams, and birdsong, it offers a tranquil escape into nature.
